List your cars on Drivaza and you also get the vendor portal: the booking desk, the availability calendar, Dubai Police fine checks, your cheques, your VAT return, your invoices and your staff logins — all in one place, all in AED. Scroll down and you can see the main screens before you apply.
The first thing you open in the morning. It leads with what needs a human before coffee — a car that is out past its return date, cheques dated this week still sitting in the drawer, a customer who wrote in and has not been answered. Then the month so far, then who has your cars right now. Every figure clicks through to the screen where you act on it.
A request from drivazarental.com and a customer standing at your counter end up in the same place, so there is one calendar and one set of numbers. Take the deposit, add charges as they happen — Salik, fuel, late return, a fine — and the rental keeps a running balance.
The Revenue view answers the question nobody could answer before without opening four screens: did this rental actually make money? Rental, extras, payments, invoices and fines sit on one panel, with the deposit spelled out rather than netted off.
Cars down the side, days across the top. The question your counter is asked all day is answered by looking at it, instead of opening every vehicle in turn.
Drag across free days to take a car off the road — service, accident damage, awaiting parts, registration renewal — and it stops being bookable on the public site within a second. No rebuild, because the booking form checks availability live.
Every renter you have dealt with — the ones who came through Drivaza and the ones who walked in — with their licence details, Emirates ID, nationality and full rental history in one record.
Blacklist the ones you do not want back and the portal warns you when that name appears on a new booking, rather than relying on whoever happens to be on the counter remembering the last time.
An expired Mulkiya makes a car illegal to rent, and it is the kind of thing that is only noticed when a renter is standing at the counter. The renewals board puts every expiry date in the fleet on one list, sorted by how soon it bites.
Each car also has its own workspace — documents, service history, incidents, photos, prices, plate and the listing copy that goes on drivazarental.com.
Fines land weeks after the renter has gone. The portal checks a plate against Dubai Police on demand, and saves every check — the date, what was found, and who ran it. If a renter argues a fine came later, you can show exactly what the record said the day you looked.
A fine can then be billed onto the rental that had the car that day. You do not go hunting for the booking: the one whose dates cover the violation is already selected. It becomes a charge on that rental, so it appears on the invoice alongside everything else.
Coming with the Drivaza Tracker. The map screen is built and in the portal today; the hardware that feeds it is ours and still in development. Until a tracker is fitted to a car, the map shows a preview rather than that car's location.
The screen is finished and waiting for the hardware: which cars are out, which are at base, who has each one and against which booking. When your trackers go in, the same screen fills with real positions — there is nothing new for you to learn and nothing to migrate.
Customers who message you from your car pages land in this inbox. The assistant answers the questions you answer twenty times a day — the price, what documents a resident or a visitor needs, the deposit rules, whether you deliver — and hands the conversation over the moment someone reports an accident, complains, or asks about money coming back. It tells you why it handed over. Send one message and the thread is yours; the assistant stays out of it from then on.
To be clear about what this is: it is Drivaza's own inbox, not the WhatsApp Business API. Messages arrive from your listings on drivazarental.com, not from your WhatsApp number.
Most rental offices know what came in and guess at the rest, which makes the profit look better than it is. The portal keeps the other half: fuel, Salik, insurance, salaries, visas, rent, bank charges and lease instalments, plus depreciation on the fleet — the cost that never appears on a bank statement and therefore never makes it into the daily rate.
Standard-rated sales, the VAT you charged, the VAT you can reclaim on recoverable expenses, and the net. UAE VAT is 5% and prices are treated as VAT-inclusive, which is how a rental office actually quotes.
Every figure drills down to the invoices and expenses behind it, so when the number looks wrong you can see why in two clicks. It warns you about the things that quietly distort a return — an expense marked recoverable with no VAT recorded, or a document raised in another currency. You still file with the FTA yourself; this gets you the numbers and shows its working.
Issue tax invoices, receipts and credit notes to your own renters — your company on the document, your numbering, gapless, so an auditor can follow it. Both TRNs are printed and the VAT is shown as its own line rather than buried in the total.
Documents are raised from the booking, so what is on the invoice is what is on the rental: the days, the rate, the extras, the fines you billed on. Whatever is still owed stays visible on the booking and on the dashboard until it is paid.
A real A4 page with your own blocks on it, not a wireframe: drag the logo where you want it, set the colours, write your terms, choose which columns the items table shows. Three designs to start from — Drivaza, Clean and Classic — then change whatever you like.
Text blocks take merge fields, so a heading can read “Tax invoice INV-2026-0418” without anyone typing it. What you lay out is what your renter receives.
E-invoicing under way — the UAE mandate starts with large businesses on 1 January 2027 and smaller ones on 1 July 2027. We are building it into the portal so your invoices are ready to file.
A rental runs on messages. Keep the ones you send over and over as templates with merge fields — the customer's name, the car, the pick-up date fill themselves in from the booking, and the message opens in WhatsApp ready to send.
Keep your extras as a price list so nobody invents a delivery charge at the counter. And send a payment link instead of dictating an IBAN — it opens a public payment page, and you can see whether the renter opened it.
Templates help you answer faster. Getting the enquiry in the first place is a separate job — our guide to marketing a car rental business in Dubai covers where bookings actually come from and what each channel costs.
The counter, the accountant and the workshop each get their own login with only the modules they need. The counter can take a booking without seeing your profit and loss.
The activity log is what makes that comfortable. It is not that your staff can do more — it is that everything they do is written down, with a name and a time against it.
Every screen on this page, for twelve months, at no charge — not a trimmed-down version of the portal.
No card is taken to start. Card payment for subscriptions is not switched on yet, so choosing a plan inside the portal records which one suits you and charges nothing. Nothing renews on its own, and nothing is billed without the team speaking to you first.
The Your Plan screen shows where you stand at any time: how many cars and team seats you are using, documents and bookings this month, and how many days of the free year are left.
Weighing a fixed monthly fee against a cut of each booking? We have worked a full year of that arithmetic, including the months a fixed cost hurts most, in subscription or commission.
Apply as a partnerFour steps. Most of the work is loading your fleet, and we help with that.
Fill in the form below — your contact details, your business, your fleet, which partnership suits you, and what is going wrong today.
The Dubai team reviews your application and gets in touch on WhatsApp or the phone. We check your documents and create your login.
Add your cars with photos, prices, plates and documents. Set which are online. They appear on drivazarental.com for customers to book.
Take bookings online and at the counter. The accounting, the fines register and the VAT figures fill themselves in as you go.
Five short sections. The last one — what is going wrong in your business today — is the one we read first.
It is free for your first year — the whole portal, not a cut-down version. No card is taken to start. Card payment for subscriptions is not switched on yet, so choosing a plan inside the portal records which one suits you and charges nothing.
Two ways. A customer on drivazarental.com sends a booking request for one of your cars and you confirm or decline it. Walk-in and phone rentals are typed straight into the booking desk, and they block the same dates on the public site, so there is one calendar rather than two.
Yes. You enter a plate and the portal checks it against Dubai Police. Every check is saved with the date, what was found and who ran it, so you can show a renter exactly what the record said the day you looked. Any fine can then be billed to the rental that had the car on the day of the violation — that booking is pre-selected for you.
Not yet. The map screen is live in the portal, but the tracker hardware that feeds it is ours and still in development, so until one is fitted to a car the map shows a preview rather than that car’s position. When your trackers go in, the same screen fills with real locations.
No. It is Drivaza's own inbox for messages customers send from your car pages, not the WhatsApp Business API. It answers routine questions — price, documents needed, deposit rules, delivery — and hands the conversation to a person for accidents, complaints and refunds, showing you why it escalated. Separately, the growth tools let you keep reusable WhatsApp message templates that open in WhatsApp ready to send.
It works out your quarterly figures from the books: standard-rated sales, the VAT you charged, the VAT you can reclaim on recoverable expenses, and the net. UAE VAT is 5% and prices are treated as VAT-inclusive. Every figure drills down to the invoices and expenses behind it. You still file the return with the FTA yourself — the portal gets you the numbers and shows its working.
Yes. You issue tax invoices, receipts and credit notes to your own customers under your own gapless numbering, with both TRNs and the VAT shown as a separate line. The drag-and-drop designer lets you put your logo, colours and terms on them.
Yes. Team members get their own login with per-module permissions — the counter can take bookings without seeing the accounts, for example. You invite by link, and every action is written to an activity log.
Block the dates in the availability calendar with a reason (service, accident damage, awaiting parts, registration) and the car stops being bookable on the public site. The servicing cost goes in as an expense against that car, so the per-car profitability figure stays honest.
Fill in the application below — contact details, your business, your fleet, which partnership suits you, and what is going wrong today. The Dubai team reviews it and gets in touch on WhatsApp or the phone to finish onboarding and set up your login.
