What you will not see in the group
The renter's name, phone number or email. Those stay with Drivaza for the whole conversation — that is
what the group being useful depends on, and it is the same rule we apply to every vendor we work with,
on the phone and in the portal. You get the job; we keep the customer relationship until the booking is
agreed.
Want more than the requests?
The group is the fastest way in, but it is the smallest part of what we do with partners. Listing your
cars on Drivaza is also free for the first year and comes with the vendor portal — the booking desk,

Questions
What actually gets posted in the group?
Every rental request that comes into Drivaza: the car, the dates and a reference code. Customer names and phone numbers are never posted — you send us your price quoting the code and we bring the booking back to you.
Is it free to join?
Yes. There is no fee to join the group and no fee to quote. Drivaza earns on the margin between the price the customer pays and the price you and we agree, so you always know exactly what you are getting.
Do I need a Drivaza account?
No. The group is open to any licensed rental company in the UAE. If you do want your cars listed on the website, with the vendor portal, bookings and invoicing, that is a separate (and also free) application on our list your car page.
Can I post my own cars or offers in the group?
No — it is a read-only announcement group, so it stays useful. Only Drivaza posts. Send your availability and prices to us directly and we will match them to requests.
How fast do I need to answer?
Rental requests move in hours, not days. Whoever answers first with a real price and a car that is actually free usually gets the booking.
