This Privacy Policy explains how Fizontech Private Limited ("Drivaza", "we", "us") collects and processes your personal data when you use the Drivaza car rental marketplace at https://drivazarental.com. By using the site or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to the practices described here.

- Booking inquiry details. When you submit a booking or contact form, we collect the name, phone number, email address and any message or trip details you provide.
- WhatsApp contact. If you contact us via WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp phone number, display name and the contents of your messages.
- Analytics and cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from your IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This data is pseudonymous and helps us understand and improve the site.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your booking inquiry and connect you with the relevant rental vendor.
- To communicate with you about your request by phone, email or WhatsApp.
- To operate, secure, analyse and improve the Drivaza marketplace.
- To comply with legal obligations that apply to us in the UAE.
Third Parties We Share With
We share your information only where necessary to provide our service:
- Rental partners (vendors). When you inquire about a specific car, we share the details needed to fulfil that inquiry with the vendor offering it, so they can confirm availability, pricing and pickup or delivery.
- Google Analytics. Usage and cookie data is processed by Google LLC as our analytics provider, subject to Google's own privacy terms.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data Retention
We keep booking inquiry and contact records only for as long as needed to serve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for support, record-keeping and legal purposes — typically up to 24 months — after which they are deleted or anonymised. Analytics data is retained according to our GA4 configuration.
Your Rights & How to Request Deletion
