These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Drivaza car rental marketplace at https://drivazarental.com, operated by Fizontech Private Limited. By using the site or submitting a booking inquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our Role as a Marketplace Intermediary
Drivaza is a marketplace that connects renters with independent, third-party rental vendors operating in the UAE. Drivaza is not a car rental company and does not own, operate, insure or supply the vehicles listed. We provide a platform for discovery and introduction; the actual rental is a contract between you and the vendor you choose.
Bookings Fulfilled by Third-Party Partners
When you submit an inquiry, the corresponding rental partner is responsible for confirming and fulfilling the booking, including handing over the vehicle, providing insurance, and setting rental conditions such as deposit, mileage limits, delivery and age or licence requirements. Any rental agreement you enter into is directly with that partner and is subject to their own terms.
Pricing Subject to Partner Confirmation
Prices shown on Drivaza are indicative and are provided by the vendors. They may change and are subject to final confirmation by the rental partner at the time of booking, depending on availability, dates, extras and applicable taxes or fees. The price you pay is the price confirmed by the partner, not merely the figure displayed on a listing.
No Liability for Partner Vehicles or Services
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drivaza is not liable for the condition, safety, availability, quality, legality or performance of any vehicle or service supplied by a rental partner, nor for any act, omission, dispute, loss, damage, injury or additional charge arising from your dealings with a partner. Any claims relating to a rental should be raised directly with the vendor concerned. Drivaza provides the platform on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform. We may suspend or remove access where these terms are breached.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
